Through engaging stories, playful games, and sensory activities, Jayme weaves in meditation, breathing techniques, and relaxation practices to help kids (and adults!) find focus, flexibility, and calm. Yoga mats are provided—just wear comfortable clothing and be ready to move.
This program is designed for children ages 3–10 with an accompanying adult (up to 3 kids per adult).
