"Taylar B. Jackson (she/they), known as Gothsloth, is a community-taught contemporary artist based in Salt Lake City, Utah, who has intentionally immersed themselves in a network of creators to refine their techniques and tools. Their expressive work, marked by gestural strokes and emotional depth, explores themes of empowerment, identity, and community. A resident artist at Guthrie Artist Studios since 2017, Gothsloth transitioned to full-time art in 2020, working across mediums like painting, murals, and screen printing. Their art reflects resilience and the transformative power of collaboration, fostering connections locally and internationally."

As she aims to break long-held patriarchal traditions by training teenage girls to ride motorcycles and stopping child marriages. When accusations arise questioning Sara’s intentions to empower the girls, her identity is put in turmoil.
