Oct. 18: No Kings Protest in Utah and across the USA. Activists have registered rallies in 10 cities across Utah. DemCast's Jamie Carter talks about the SLC event, which will start at 11 AM @ the Utah State Capitol, 350 N State St, SLC. The march down to Washington Square, 451 S State St, SLC, will start at 12:30 PM.
Christine Stenquist is our guide for stories of Plant Medicine, People, and Progress. Tonight, she introduces us to Drew Howells, a disabled veteran, a patient, a former combat journalist, chairman of the State Veterans Caucus, and a former TRUCE board member.
Together for Responsible Use and Cannabis Education (TRUCE) was Stenquist's first organization, and it was instrumental in getting medical cannabis approved in Utah.
