Music Meets Artivism with Michael Gross, aka Whisperhawk, who explores his Indigenous heritage on his latest album, Keepers of the Earth Vol. 2. Many of Whisperhawk’s songs are a social commentary, and can have Native American themes as Gross himself is a member of the Northwestern Band of the Shoshone Nation. He also shares some of the songs by other artists that have inspired him to be more civically engaged as an artist.
