Best of the Punk Rock Farmer: Indigenous farmer Alastair Bitsoi and Amrita Honey Co. share their stories tonight. The Plot invites you to a garden fundamentals session. What's Fresh with Tara and Jethro Peretto of Amrita Honey Co.  — look for them tomorrow at the Downtown SLC Farmers Market at Pioneer Park, 350 W. 300 S., SLC. Plus, Amrita is doing evening markets in Lindon, Springville and Orem. 

Aldine's Urban Farm Report, featuring Indigenous farmer Alastair Bitsoi. He joined via Zoom from the Navajo Nation, where he’s been farming for 5 seasons, the last 2 on family land, using dry farming techniques and more. After one more harvest, he’s headed to NYC.
