Know Your Grower: Patrick Mitchell, EAT! Cultural Center & Farm

Aldine has been meeting and making friends in the agrihood wherever he goes. On a recent trip to CA for the 46th annual Eco Farm Conference, he met Patrick Mitchell, program director, farm ambassador and lead instructor for the EAT! Cultural Center & Farm. Mitchell also represents the fifth generation of his family to work in American agriculture. He is the author of two books and more than a dozen peer-reviewed and popular articles.
