Dancing TikTok Teacher Tallies School Lunch Tab

Kati Christensen, aka MrsCactusVibes, is back to tally her TikTok dancing to pay off kids' school lunch tabs. From January to April, she raised $18,000 and paid of school lunch tabs at six Utah schools.

Music Meets Activism with Jeremy Harmon, Utah Global Diplomacy

Harmon currently is Utah Global Diplomacy's Chief Operations Officer, helping to build relations between Utahns and the rest of the world "one handshake at a time." With UGD's inaugural Music Diplomacy Symposium: The Soundtrack of Community Peacebuilding coming up next week, RadioACTive wanted to talk to him about music in his life, from playing in The Willkills to a career in photojournalism, to DJ TallJStuff, and now his role at Utah Global Diplomacy. EVENT: Thursday, May 29: The Music Diplomacy Symposium: The Soundtrack of Community Peacebuilding, 8:30a-3p at Rose Wagner Center, 138 W. 300 S., SLC. Free & open to the public; lunch included. "Part of the Ambassador John Price & Marcia Price World Affairs Symposium Series, this event is a vibrant celebration of music’s unique ability to transcend language, culture, and borders, making it a vital tool in diplomacy and global connection. Attendees will gain a deeper appreciation for the role of music in shaping our world and leave inspired to use music as a force for unity and change. The symposium features thought-provoking panel discussions, live performances, and interactive workshops on topics such as:
