Voices of Utah: Local Arts & Culture

RadioACTive continues its collaboration with rising journalists of the University of Utah and Amplify Utah. This semester, Voices of Utah students are exploring and reporting on arts and culture in the Beehive State. Tonight:

  • Reporter William Keeley introduces us to Brandon Luong and Date My Mate, a dating mixer where people present their single friends with a 3-5 minute pitch deck to a live crowd. After the presentations, it is a singles mixer. The event's silly, embarrassing, and a ton of fun. Next event is March 27!

  • Reporter Lexi Lilly brings us artist Ben Bloch, whose Make Me a Landscape, Do Not Include Any Sky exhibit opens at The Gallery @ Library Square, Level 4 of the Salt Lake City Public Library, Saturday at 3:30 PM.
