Trevor Lee's Mammoth Objection

Award-winning journalist Bryan Schott posted a story today about state Rep. Trevor Lee (R-Dist. 16) — the sponsor of the Pride Flag Ban (H.B. 77 Flag Display Amendments) — who is unhappy with a Pride Mammoth. Schott ran Lee's promise to run more anti-Pride legislation past the Knight First Amendment Institute at Columbia University

Indigenous Storytelling Campers

Kerri Hopkins, University of Utah Indigenous Storytelling Camp coordinator, along with RadioACTive's Val MC have been mentoring the next generation of Indigenous Storytellers this week. She brings some of the students on for a chat, including Keira Little, Sophie Pike, Taelor Danford, Morningblossom Mendez, Moonstar Mendez, and Kyle T.

  • Thursday, June 5: Indigenous Storytelling Camp Storyfest, 11-12:30 PM at Marriott Library, Protospace, 2nd Floor, University of Utah. "After a week at the U, Indigenous Students from throughout Utah will be ready to show their work. Come hear their voices and see the world through their eyes."
