SLCC’s  Beloved Community Photography Project and exhibit. RadioACTive gets a preview with Andrea Malouf and Juan Pereira. 

  • Mar. 4: SLCC's Beloved Community Opening Social, 6:00-9:00 p.m. at SLCC South City Campus, 1575 S. State St., SLC. Event by Salt Lake Community College: "A celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., including songs from the 1960s and 1970s, with guest artist Michael Luccarelli on acoustic guitar. Beloved Community Photography Exhibit runs til March 28, Eccles Gallery, South City Campus. From 6:00-7:30 p.m., students from Whittier Elementary School and Glendale Middle School will share photos of their own beloved communities. SLCC Chamber Singers Performance from 7:30-9:00 p.m. in the Multipurpose Room (1-032 & 1-030. These events are free and open to the public. We hope to see you there."

Symbria Patterson of Red Acre Center, a non-profit that advocates for a stronger local food economy & opportunities for the general public to understand food production.

EVERY Thursday, 9-10AM, Room 105 in the Utah State Capitol building. Find out what we are up to. Get an update on what is happening that affects agriculture and our local food economy. Learn how you can be more involved. Everyone is welcome! To receive updates and know the bills we’re watching, ensure you’re signed up to receive emails."

Aldine's Urban Farm Report with Casey O'Leary and Kendra Morgan of Snake River Seed Cooperative. It's a collective of family farmers in the Intermountain West who work together to produce a wide diversity of adapted seeds for gardens.
