Just another Tuesday in Utah! RadioACTive gets a sneak peek at this year's Utah Beer Fest. Plus, Utah cannabis history, and back-to-school with the latest book bans.

Utah school districts have been ordered to remove more than a dozen books from school library shelves, thanks to H.B. 29 Sensitive Material Review Amendments passed earlier this year. Hear what Peter Bromberg of EveryLibrary — America's Library PAC — is going to do about it.
