Utah, a program of the Utah Donor Collaborative: "Join us for a fun-filled evening at the Utah Creative Arts Foundation (UCAF). This event is all about connecting with West-side candidates and current legislators. Get ready for a Millennial Mixer where you can chat with the candidates and learn about their platforms. Drinks will be served. Food provided by Soul Haus catering. After that, stick around for the Gen Z After-Party where the energy will be high and the conversations lively. The Utah Judicial Performance Evaluation Commission (JPEC) is launching 2024 updates to its judges.utah.gov website, aimed at promoting transparency and nonpartisan evaluations of judges for voters. JPEC’s Mary-Margaret Pingree shares the details.

 

More than 8 million youth who need to be engaged will have reached voting age in 2024 since the 2022 midterms. Ignite.utah is a state-wide youth organizing campaign building a network of young people who can grow into leader/organizer roles in at least 4 of the 16 public Utah State Higher Education colleges and universities. Plus, Judging Utah’s Judges, Habitat for Humanity SLC, Central 9th underpass project, and homegrown music from Gorgeous Gourds, which headlines Craftoberfest this Saturday.
