Doctors by day and children’s book authors by night Pediatric Resident, Dr. Eddie Holloway and Youth Athletic Sports Scholar and Researcher,  Dr. Armand Hardiman are sharing their children's books. Give us updates about cold & flu season. Experimental photographer Sammy Wood talks about gallery stroll happening at the Urban Arts Gallery.

Pediatric Resident, Dr. Eddie Holloway stops by to share about his virtual event with Black Physicians of Utah. Then Dr. Holloway talks about his children's book, "Dad, You Are AMAZING!", "He’s an astronaut, superhero, firefighter, cop. He’ll take you to space, rescue a cat and scare away monsters all in the same day. Celebrate the wonderful father-child bond."

Dr. Amand Hardiman PhD, Co-founder of Learn You, sharing his co-authored children's book: Adam: A Story About Roots, Racism, and Friendship. "This story seeks to help young persons who may be struggling to understand some of life’s complexities. Its goal is to reinforce faith and trust in family." 

  • PROGRAM: Athlete Enrichment Program that will be launching in Utah Spring 2025. He teaches the importance of helping our marginalized youth associate with other identities aside from their athlete identity and how sport can be used as a coping mechanism.

Sammy Wood is an experimental photographer inspired by the surreal. She blends nature with abstract forms, creating captivating images that evoke a multi-sensory experience. Through diverse techniques, she shares her unique perspective on the world.
