Mar. 7: Stand Up for Science Utah rally, 12:00 p.m. at the Utah State Capitol, 350 N. State St., SLC. Event by marchforscienceut2025: "Did you know that federal funding brings in over $300 million in research funding to Utah? This generates over $600 million in economic impact, which benefits people all around you by providing jobs, salaries, and our ability to perform cutting-edge research. This economic impact then ripples through our community to support the local economy. Federal research funding is at risk of dangerous cuts at the federal level, which would hurt all of Utah. Come #StandUpForScience this Friday at the Capitol from 12-1 to support our science!"
