Public Meetings: Feb. 5 in Salt Lake City and Feb. 6 in Ogden, FRIENDS of Great Salt Lake, Utah Sierra Club, HEAL Utah, Utah Physicians for a Healthy Environment, residents and business owners from Box Elder County, and organizing partner the Great Salt Lake Institute will be hosting two public information meetings to discuss Promontory Point Resources, LLC Landfill and its application with the State Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control for a Class V waste permit -- a permit specifically designed to accept waste from out of state.
