Aldine's Urban Farm Report, featuring Chef Bleu Adams of Indigehub, a nonprofit that provides training and education for Indigenous farmers and ranchers to improve the quality and quantity of their produce.

Symbria Patterson of Red Acre Center, a nonprofit that advocates for small farmers, artisan producers and consumers.

  • Jan. 11-13: Utah Farm & Food Conference, Heritage Theater and Festival Hall, Cedar City. Event by Red Acre Center: "The 8th annual Utah Farm and Food Conference, 'Cutivate Change', will gather more than 300 farmers, ranchers, gardeners, biodynamic practitioners, permaculturists, educators, students, activists, chefs, seed geeks, foodies, and homesteaders from Utah and neighboring states. The conference will inspire learning, engaging, exploring, sharing, questioning, connecting, reflection, camaraderie, and reverence as a vibrant community gathers over three days."
