October is Youth Justice Action Month - YJAM. RadioACTive talked about it as part of a panel discussion on Who’s Helping Kids in Utah Courts? A new report from Voices for Utah Children, the only statewide, multi-issue child advocacy organization that speaks out on behalf of children. Panelists included:
