Dr. Tamara Stevenson takes over RadioACTive to explore Utah's new Ethnic Studies Commission against the backdrop of critical race theory backlash. Guests: Dr. Marilee Coles-Richie, Dr. Claustina Mahon-Reynolds, Michelle Love-Day, and Dr. Kathleen Christy. Plus, Ecotopian School Day with Fridays for Future Utah.

Youth activist Ceci Davis of Fridays For Future Utah, which is co-organizing a day of learning that’s purpose-built to inspire and equip students to build a world of social and ecological justice.
- July 9: Ecotopian School Day, 8a-2:45p at Spy Hop, 208 W. 900 S., SLC. A project of Ecotopia Now!, individuals from Fridays For Future Utah, Granite Clean Energy Campaign, Utah Youth Environmental Solutions, and more. Free breakfast and lunch, facilitated conversation circles, and 12 drop-in classes with titles such as “Indigenous Stewardship,” “Non-Violent Direct Action Workshop,” and “Climate Anxiety & Mental Health,” sometimes taught by the kids themselves. RadioACTive Volunteer Host Emeritus Dr. Tamara Stevenson returned for a special takeover of the show. She focused on Utah's new Ethnic Studies Commission, created by the passage of SB244 Ethnic Studies Amendments earlier this year. Guests included:
