Shirley Steinmacher of Urban Pepper Project, one of several growers, will participate in a plant sale tomorrow at Cressfarm. The UPP is naturalizing rare aji peppers from the Motherland of all peppers, making Salt Lake a spicier place one pepper at a time.

  • May 13: Wasatch Community Gardens' Spring Plant Sale, 8a-1p at Rowland Hall, 720 S. Guardsman Way, SLC. More than 40,000 food-growing plant starts, including an eye-popping selection of annual vegetables grown at our certified organic Green Phoenix Farm!
