The ROI on Create Reel Change's Brian Higgins

Brian Higgins grew up in Northern Ireland during the height of the troubles, a period of violent unrest between Catholics and Protestants and the struggle for Ireland's independence. KRCL's Lara Jones spoke with him to learn how he overcame the PTSD that resulted from the violence he experienced during his formative years, and created something to help others create their own recovery from mental health and susbtance abuse issues:
