Earlier this week, the Utah AIDS Foundation celebrated 30 years of commitment and service to those living with HIV/AIDS in Utah. Their 2015 Hero of HIV was Babs De Lay, who tells KRCL's Lara Jones that some people may think the disease has disappeared just because it isn’t as visible:
