On a recent RadioActive, Karrie Galloway, president and CEO of Planned Parenthood Association of Utah, spoke with KRCL's Lara Jones about Senate Bill 234, "Protecting Unborn Children Amendments," which would require doctors to administer anesthesia to fetuses before abortions. It passed out of the Senate with a 19-5 vote. Here's a clip:
