Special: Capitalism with a Conscience, a RadioACTive Town Hall at The Marmalade

Instead of #BlackFriday specials, RadioACTive broke with regular programming to share Capitalism with a Conscience, a RadioACTive Town Hall recorded Oct. 10, 2019, at The Marmalade Branch of the Salt Lake City Public Library. Moderated by RadioACTive's Billy Palmer, the panel included:

  • 2nd Annual Shop Small Crawl, 10a-6p Nov. 30, includes businesses from 9th & 9th, Harvey Milk Boulevard, Central Ninth, The Granary District, and 1100 East in Sugarhouse. Keep money in our local economy, get your holiday shopping done early, and take home a prize for yourself. Pick up your passport at any of the participating businesses, get your passport stamped as you shop throughout the day, and submit your passport at the end of the day to win prizes.   • Dec. 1-31: Shift Your Spending Month with Local First Utah. Starting December 1st, Local First Utah is challenging you to commit to shifting at least 10% of your holiday shopping toward locally owned, independent businesses.
