Jason Groth, Smart Justice Coordinator for the ACLU of Utah, which will have 15 observers documenting any and all First Amendment issues that may arise during March for Our Lives SLC and March Before Our Lives. a counter-protest. Any organization may request the presence of a legal observer team.
