Tonight we wanted to do something different for the Fourth of July, so we’re setting a bigger table with food traditions from a great group of local chefs:

  • Mike Tuiasoa, Culture Coffee: Faikakai Lolo, a Tongan coconut caramel sauce for your coffee (pour over ice cream to make it dessert!)
  • Carol Vaivaka, NaNa's Kitchen: Mac Salad, and the secret to her roasted pork and corned beef brisket
  • Adam Diener, Vegan Daddy Meats: Vegan barbecue
  • Gregg Chamberlain and Margaret Nakagiri, Kaiser's Texas Bar-B-Q: Old-School BBQ
