Rising journalists once again took over RadioACTive for Voices Amplified, a collaboration between Salt Lake Community College, Amplify Utah and KRCL.
Listen to them every Monday night at 6 p.m. through SLCC’s spring semester at SLCC.

Jevah France, a SLCC student who started the conversation about changing the name of the 100-year-old Columbus Community Center in South Salt Lake. He was accompanied by Edward Lopez, adviser to SSL’s Youth City Council, and SLCC student journalist Cristian Martinez.

RESOURCE: TRIO Programs at SLCC, which provides support for low-income and first-generation college students to access, graduate and attain their educational, career and personal goals in preparation for their contribution to a global workforce
Based on a story by SLCC student journalist Mike Adamson, he and Natalie Keezer, accessibility coordinator at Salt Lake Acting Company, spoke about accessibility and inclusion on the stage.
