Meet Olivia Jaramillo, your friendly neighborhood Social Psychology Researcher/Entertainer/Trans Woman -- and now your co-host of KRCL's RadioActive POP!

She's previously hosted the incredible ALLIES Gala in Salt Lake City, the MET Gala of Utah, where she's shared the stage with stars like Billy Porter, Eddie Izzard, and the Indigo Girls. When she's not rocking the mic, she's busy being the Director of Public Outreach and Training at Equality Utah.

Born and raised under the warm sun of Mexico, Olivia's journey has taken her all over the country and all the way to Iraq, Europe, and humanitarian missions in Africa as an Active Duty member of the United States Air Force.

In 2016, Olivia made history as one of the first military members to legally change her name and gender marker while still on Active Duty. Her passion for DEI and Common Ground Initiatives has impact across the country.

Olivia is also a Commissioner on the Salt Lake City Human Rights Commission, a member of the YWCA's Public Policy Committee, and she even ran for office in 2020. Her hard work and dedication earned her the prestigious 2023 Utah’s 40 Over 40 Women Making an Impact Award.

She lives in Salt Lake City with her son Oliver. Tune into RadioActive POP! Monday nights from 6-7PM and join Olivia for a show that’s as dynamic and inspiring as her life story!
