Connor Estes interviews Elegance Bratton and Chester Gordon, Director and Producer of Move Ya Body: The Birth Of House

As part of the Sundance Film Festival 2025, Radioactive's Connor Estes had the opportunity to talk to Elegance Bratton and Chester Gordon, director and producer of Move Ya Body: The Birth of House. The film looks at the beginnings of Chicago House music and how it changed the musical landscape across the globe forever. A story of freedom, queerness, and resilience that digs deep into the history of Chicago, perservering as a black artist, and building and paying respect to community.
