Utah is on its fourth year of below average runoff, October was a record breaker with unseasonably warm temperatures, and all forecasts point to an El Niño winter along the Wasatch Front. But forecasts change as often as the wind. So KRCL's Lara Jones has just one question: What kind of winter is on the way?
