Last week, the UT Supreme Court affirmed the people's right to reform its government. Find out what comes next in the movement to create an independent redistricting commission with teeth.

Tonight's show features the following people, organizations and/or events. Check them out and get plugged into your community!

Andrew Shaw of the Salt Lake City Arts Council, which just announced its Wake the Great Salt Lake grant recipients. Artist and grant recipient Kellie Bornhoft shares her project, which will be an interactive sculptural installation of illustrations celebrating the plants, animals, and other beings living on and with our Great Salt Lake.

Save the Swap Meet organizers Cristian Gutierrez and Beto Conejo share an update on the effort to prevent the rezone and redevelopment of the Redwood Road Drive-In and Swap Meet. Regardless, they call for the city to recognize the historic site as a small business incubator and to work with organizers to create a sustainable community center that fosters a similar environment should the rezone happen.

With last week’s ruling from the Utah Supreme Court, congressional voting districts (and who gets to draw them) are back in play. RadioACTive asks what’s next with plaintiffs, including Kathy Biele of the League of Women Voters of Utah, Mormon Women for Ethical Government, Better Boundaries, and attorney David Reymann of Parr Brown.
