CPB Communication Act Compliance

Open Meetings:

KRCL holds monthly Board of Trustees meetings the final Wednesday of each month at 4pm MT at the station, 535 West 300 North, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84116 (except in December when no meeting is held). The KRCL Board of Trustees has committees with intermittently scheduled meetings. The KRCL Community Advisory Board also has intermittently scheduled meetings. Meetings of the boards and committees are open to the public. For more info please contact Board Chair Kerri Hopkins at least two weeks in advance of the meeting date. A schedule of all meetings is available here. 

Closed Meetings:

KRCL will document and make available to the public the specific reason(s) for closing a governing body and its committee meetings, at the station office, 535 West 300 North, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84116, and on this website, within 10 days of the closed meeting.

Community Advisory Board (CAB):

The Community Advisory Board advises the station's governing body about whether the station's programming and significant policies are meeting the specialized educational and cultural needs of the communities served by the station. The CAB also makes recommendations to the station's governing body that is deemed appropriate to meed such needs.
