Join us for an International Women's Day panel of music makers, including the women behind the 15th Annual Ogden Music Festival, music and life partners Talia Keys and Melahn Atkinson, and live music from Mel Soul.

Tonight's show features the following people, organizations and/or events. Check them out and get plugged into your community!

KRCL's own Eugenie Hero Jaffe and and Courtney Blair with a pre-game trivia quiz! Head on over to KRCL's first-ever Women Who Rock Trivia Night at Mountain West Cider, 425 N. 400 W., SLC.

  • Doors open at 6:30pm and trivia starts at 7pm. Prizes will be awarded to winners. Prizes include "Bans off my Body" fanny packs from Planned Parenthood of UtahEgyptian Theater Gift Cards and KRCL Women Who Rock gear.

  • The venue is 21+, and cover is $10 at the door. All proceeds support your favorite community radio station!

Live music from Mel Soul, also known as Melanie Lewis, a singer and songwriter from Orem, UT. She has been vocally trained by vocal professionals such as Rebecca Chock and Mindy Pack.

Michelle Tanner and Reba Nissen, founder and co-director, respectively, of OFOAM - Ogden Friends of Acoustic Music.

  • OFOAM is an all-volunteer 501-c-3 non-profit organization that contributes significantly to the vibrant arts and recreation community in Ogden. Over 60% of our operating budget is for artist fees. Far from being observers, attendees become active participants in the OFOAM Festival Community through kids activities, vending, sponsorship, volunteerism, and campground jams. Beyond the music, people also fall in love with Weber County's stunning natural beauty and recreational opportunities. OFOAM festivals become annual traditions for families and friends.

  • June 2-4: 15th Annual Ogden Music Festival, June 2-4, at Fort Buenaventura, Ogden. Event by OFOAM: "The three-day festival is family-friendly with camping on site, a jam camp, workshops, kids activities, and more. This year boasts the most diverse lineup of new and established artists yet, embracing the best of Americana: bluegrass, country, gospel, folk, Tex-Mex conjunto, and a lot of soul will be heard from the OFOAM stage under the cottonwood trees this year.
