The 2015 Salt Lake City Mayoral race is well underway.  The vote-by-mail ballots have been sent out and residents have until November 2 to send them back.  A recent poll conducted by UtahPolicy.com shows that the race is tight, with both candidates in an essential tie.   In episode 13 of the podcast Salt Lake on the Street, the incumbent and the challenger, Ralph Becker and Jackie Biskupski, respectively, talk with host Isaac Riddle about a variety of issues.
