Released in 1966, Tim Hardin 1 is the debut album by Tim Hardin. The album is comprised of a number of demos, including such classic songs as Reason to Believe, Don't Make Promises, and Misty Roses. Half of the album also utilized a string orchestra that Hardin was unaware of at until its release.
Tim Hardin was born on this day, Dec. 23, in 1941. His songs were covered by many artist, and he even performed a full set at Woodstock. Tim Hardin died of a drug overdose on Dec. 29, 1980.
