The Moral & Economic Argument for Medicaid

It seemed like a no brainer. Three commissioned studies determined that the most cost-effective and efficient path the State can take to cover 123,000 low-income Utahns is to simply expand Medicaid through the Affordable Care Act. But politics in Utah is never that simple. The Utah Legislature is saying "no" to $430 million in revenue.
