Pioneer Park Coalition, ACLU of Utah, Homelessness Programs, Plus Women of Color Panel

A conversation about recommendations to address ongoing challenges delivering services to homeless individuals in the Rio Grande District. The Pioneer Park Coalition's Scott Howell and Dave Kelly talked about operational recommendations from Salt Lake County Sheriff Jim Winder, to which Anna Thomas of the ACLU of Utah provided a civil liberties perspective.
